My Belly Bust

Sorry I started this so late, but I wasn't sure I wanted to make a BLOG.......

Yesterday we had our "team" workout with Chrisine and our new trainer ....... Eric? sorry I am bad with names!!!!!! (but he is very nice) Got our weekly workout revised again....
It is wonderful to see the changes that are happening...not just with me but with all my teamates! You see I have bad knees and when we started this I couldn't walk faster than 3 mph but yesterday I actually jogged at 4.4 mph for a whole 7 minutes..... ok you can stop laughing I know it is not long but for me it was a major victory! Darlena actually ran for the first time too. (by the way I can REALLY see the changes in Darlena!) I am surprized with myself too with the restraint of eating bad foods..... I usually have NO willpower when trying to diet. I have been so faithful to my diet this time.... I credit that to not wanting to let the country team down and I am feeling so good now I do not desire the bad foods. (okay I still drink my diet pepsi)
My daughter has been going with me to the Tuesday evening ab workouts. She is 15 and 115 pounds... I told her she can go but no laughing at me. She actually has been my biggest supporter in this thing. I THINK I am going to try the water volleyball tomorrow night, if I can make it in time after my daughters piano lesson. I have measured myself with a fabric tape and I have lost some inches already!!! Weigh in is in 1 week and I am excited to see what the scales at Dr Beeman's office say compared to mine! I know everyone is doing so well with this it is going to be a hard competition to win but I am giving it my all!
